Photocopying Out-of-print Publications Sheet Music or Part of a Collection If you wish to make copies of publications in this category, please contact our Licensing & Copyright Department giving all details of your request. Band and Orchestra If you wish to make copies of scores and parts of a band or orchestra publication, notify our Licensing & Copyright Department. They will send you 2 copies of an agreement which gives you permission to produce the number of copies that you have specified. In signing this, you agree that the copies are for your own use and you won't be selling them or giving them away; that the copyright notice as it appears in the original will also appear in the copies that you make, along with some indication that they were made with our permission and, that you will pay us a fee the size of which will be determined by the nature and extent of your photocopying. Sign both copies of the agreement, retaining one copy for your files and returning the other to us along with your check for the required fee. Choral If you wish to make copies of a choral work, notify our Licensing & Copyright Department. We will send you 2 copies of an agreement which gives you permission to produce the number of copies that you have specified. In signing this, you agree that the photocopies are for your own use and that you won't be selling them or giving them away; that the copyright notice as it appears in the original will also appear in the copies that you make, along with some indication that they were made with our permission and, that you will pay us a fee of Ten Dollars plus an additional 75 cents for each copy that you make. Sign both copies of the agreement, retaining one copy for your files and returning the other to us along with your check for the required fee.
