Godfrey's music was performed in 2002 by the Buffalo Philharmonic, Louisville Orchestra and Austin Symphony, in addition to chamber and wind ensemble performances in Austin, Columbus, Houston, Kansas City, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Syracuse and Auburn (NY). In the spring Godfrey served as Visiting Professor on the composition faculty at the Eastman School of Music. Upcoming performances include the premiere of his Concerto for Piano and Chamber Winds in February 2003, with pianist Wei-Yi Yang and members of the Yale Band at Yale University.Daniel S.
