The full scores and parts of these new publications have been carefully edited by string consultant and teacher, Amy Rosen. Ms. Rosen is the Assistant Director of the Hudson River School of Music - a private Suzuki program - where she is also the Coordinator of the Westchester Suzuki Institute, in charge of the Quartet Program, teaches violin and conducts the orchestras. As a Suzuki teacher, she is a certified SAA Teacher Trainer and has been a clinician at many Suzuki workshops. Ms. Rosen has had her articles concerning the Suzuki Method and the Public Schools published in many professional journals. She has been a String Specialist in the Mamaroneck, NY Public Schools for the past 25 years. In addition to conducting two elementary school Orchestras and teaching more than 200 string players, she is active in the Westchester County School Music Association as an Adjudicator, Orchestra Chairperson and organizer of their Festivals. Ms. Rosen is also an active violinist in many local Orchestras and performing groups.
