Bob Burroughs

Bob Burroughs is known primarily in music circles as a composer and arranger of church music. A graduate of Mars Hill College, Oklahoma Baptist University, and Southwestern Baptist Seminary, he has been active in church music for 55 years having served as Minister of Music in both full-time and part-time positions. Additionally, he has served on the music faculty of Samford University, Mercer University (Atlanta campus) and Palm Beach Atlantic University as Composer-in- Residence and Associate Professor of Theory and Composition. He has also served as Director of the Church Music Department, Florida Baptist Convention, Jacksonville, Florida for eight years. He now resides in Greer, South Carolina.
