Bonyea Killebrew hails from Kokomo, Indiana, where an early fascination with both technology and music began to take shape. Growing up, he immersed himself in computers, exploring programming languages and software tools, while simultaneously discovering a deep appreciation for ensemble performance and composition, doing both throughout his educational career. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University and currently resides in Lafayette, Indiana, where he continues to compose for band and orchestra. In addition, he also is part of the local music community and is a member of ASCAP.
