Mill Creek Stomp depicts a joyous, folksy dance with everyone having a great time! Both high and low strings share the straightforward melody of basic quarter notes and eighth notes set in cut-time. The piece showcases staccato, legato, pizzicato sections, stomping, and an optional tambourine part to energize the dance even more.
